When I was selling my home I had a few estate agents before committing, Some independent and some well known high street chains.

When Fran came from HS homes first impressions was ‘ extremely professional, yet down to earth’.

I really liked her personality and how professional she was. When it came down to choosing who to go with I knew it should be HS Homes.

Fran was very clear with costs which are very reasonable and came with brochures explaining about her company, what her team do and she even arrived with a pack of information regarding the sales in the area to ensure we priced the house in line with the current market, so she did her research ahead of meeting us which impressed me.

I also liked that there was wasn’t any ‘pushing’ from HS homes to get us to go with her. Some other chains and independent agents felt very pushy and even tried pushing other products and services onto us at extra costs. It didn’t feel as natural to go with them.

I have a non standard construction which typically is harder to sell as you can’t do loft conversions. Fran went above and beyond to learn more about my type of property so when she conducted the viewings she could inform potential buyers exactly the type of property it is by explaining although you can’t do a loft conversions, you can extend out, and you also get more house for your money.

Her sales pitch with potential buyers was 10/10! I had a lot of interest in my house and she worked hard fitting in back to back viewings.

Fran’s photographer took beautiful photos of my home and captured the space and size accurately, she was very nice and professional also.

The actual add it’s self that went into right move I was very happy with. The way it was described, the photos etc I was very happy.

Although I didn’t directly meet the other members of her team, I was fully aware of her staff working in the background to get a huge amount of viewings in for us. They worked tirelessly in the background and I was informed they ensured they was telling potential buying very key points when considering my property such as ‘It is a non standard construction’ to avoid wasting my time and the buyers time if it wasn’t what they was looking for.

After the property sold Fran has continuously gave me updated without me having to chase her. Fran and her team are very on the ball.. I have not had to worry about anything regarding chasing the chain etc as they have been onto it everyday for me.

I’ve recommended HS homes to family members looking to move in the future. I genuinely can’t fault the company! Excellent service

Fran has been fantastic! When things weren’t always going smoothly on the legal side after accepting an offer on my property, Fran offered clear guidance and support and really helped drive the process along. Selling my property was always going to be a challenge; it was a unique home with incredible features but limited mass market appeal. Overall, the whole buying experience from HS Homes has been great right from the first viewing through to the final hand over of our house keys a couple of days ago. We had a fantastic experience working with Fran from HS Homes. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Fran is efficient, reliable, and customer-focused. Definitely one of the best agencies we’ve worked with, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

HS homes are the best estate agents in the midlands. Fran sold my family home on Friday. I struggled with several other estate agents and as soon as I spoke to Fran, I knew that i would finally sell it.

She was proactive 7 days a week and even when she was on holiday she was there if I needed her, you would never get that service with any other estate agents. She was honest with me every step of the way.

I would highly recommend selling your home with HS homes, you really won’t regret it.

We had had our house on the market for 6 months with another agent with no traction so we moved over to Fran after reading the reviews and a recommendation. This was the best decision we made and the house was sold within 2 months.
Fran consistently went out of her way to accommodate and understand our needs. She was in constant communication with us and her determination and tenacity is like no other agent I have met! Her kindness and reassurance made a stressful situation a good experience and I would always choose HS Homes for future property sales/purchase.

HS Homes were fantastic from the start and the excellent service continued for the 8 month period of buying and selling our property (both through HS Homes). I instructed HS Homes after viewing the property we wanted to buy which she was also selling.

Fran's communication was excellent and kept all parties in the chain well informed each step of the way. Fran also contacted the solicitors on our behalf and went above and beyond ensuring the chain was informed and in doing this kept the whole thing together. Fran also understood our nervousness in the final stressful stages of moving house and ensured she kept things moving.

We moved in record time and I believe this was due to Fran's willingness to achieve this. Fran has also been in touch post sale which has been great. Thank you for a fantastic service!
